About
Know before you dial.
Carrier Fence checks outbound call lists against Do Not Call records and honeypot trap numbers — so the risky numbers come off the list before your dialer ever touches them.
Why we built it
Compliance tooling in outbound calling has a pattern: annual contracts, per-seat licensing, minimum commitments, and pricing you have to request a quote to discover. That works for enterprises with a compliance department. It doesn't work for a small agency running a campaign next week, and the practical result is that smaller teams often skip scrubbing entirely — not because they don't care about the rules, but because the tooling wasn't built for them.
That's a bad outcome for everyone. The people on those lists get calls they asked not to receive, and the business ends up exposed to damages that dwarf what the scrub would have cost. Carrier Fence exists to remove the excuse: publish the price, charge per number, require nothing up front, and let anyone clean a list in a few minutes.
What we check
Do Not Call data
Built from the National Do Not Call Registry and updated as new registry data is imported.
Honeypot traps
Numbers planted specifically to record unsolicited calls. Hitting one can affect how carriers treat all of your traffic, not just that call.
How we price it
Per number, published openly, with no subscription. You buy coins; one coin scrubs one number against DNC data, and a honeypot check costs 1.5. Coins don't expire, so buying a larger pack for a better rate doesn't start a clock you have to race.
New accounts get 500 coins free — a real scrub against the real database, with the full report, so you can judge the product on your own list rather than on our description of it. The pricing page shows exactly what a campaign of any size costs.
How we think about the data
Two things we try to be careful about. First, a scrub is only as good as the freshness behind it — DNC registrations are added constantly and never expire, which is why re-scrubbing before each campaign matters more than scrubbing thoroughly once.
Second, a scrub is only useful later if you can prove you ran it. Every run produces a report you can download and keep, because when a claim arrives twelve months on, "we definitely scrubbed that list" is worth a great deal less than a dated record showing what was checked and what came back flagged.
Who it's for
Outbound sales teams, lead generation agencies, call centres, and anyone running campaigns in insurance, real estate, solar, home services or financial services — the sectors where cold calling is routine and TCPA exposure is highest. If you dial lists you didn't personally collect consent for, this is aimed at you.
A note on what we are and aren't
Carrier Fence is a data and tooling product, not a law firm. We can tell you which numbers on your list appear in Do Not Call and honeypot data. We can't tell you whether a particular call is lawful — that depends on your consent records, your industry, the states you call into, and facts we don't have. Our blog explains how the rules generally work, but none of it is legal advice, and anyone running outbound at scale should have counsel who knows their business.
