1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using carrierfence.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Carrier Fence lets you upload phone number lists and screen them against Do Not Call (DNC) registry data and known honeypot/litigator numbers, so you can identify numbers that carry legal or compliance risk before you contact them. Access is billed using a coin balance: DNC checks and honeypot checks each consume coins per number checked, at the rates shown on our pricing page.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. New accounts receive a one-time signup bonus of coins as described on our pricing page.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to facilitate illegal telemarketing, robocalling, or any calling activity that violates the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the National Do Not Call Registry rules, or other applicable telecommunications laws
• Resell, redistribute, or share our DNC or honeypot data outside your own organization's use
• Attempt to circumvent coin charges, rate limits, or access controls
• Upload lists you do not have a lawful basis to process
• Use the Service in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair it

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Coins and Billing

Coins are purchased in packages shown on our pricing page and charged in PKR at checkout, converted from the displayed USD price using the exchange rate in effect at the time of purchase. Coins are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value outside the Service. Purchased coins do not expire. Pricing is subject to change; changes will not affect coins you have already purchased. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

We update our DNC and honeypot data regularly and make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that our data is complete, error-free, or fully up to date at every moment. Scrub results are provided as a compliance aid, not a guarantee of legal compliance. You remain responsible for your own compliance with applicable telemarketing and privacy laws, and we recommend consulting your own legal counsel for compliance advice specific to your business.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and compiled data, is owned by Carrier Fence and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the contact lists you upload.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carrier Fence is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including fines or legal costs, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on scrub results.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
